I think it's strange that this album is considered a big departure from their previous "indie" albums. They've always written big hooks and this is basically what indie rock stuff sounds like in 2013.

I was wondering how the new stuff would translate live...it turns out they sound amazing.

After having "I Was a Fool" on repeat all week, the vox for this performance were pretty bad comparatively.

Heartthrob is such an amazing album, "How Come You Dont Want Me" is one of the catchiest songs i have heard in a long time.

So good. I am so obsessed with them right now.

I haven't heard this album yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Nineteen, in my opinion, is their best song they've ever done.

While I love everything they've done, I'd say start with If It Was You (2002) and work your way up to Heartthrob. It's a great journey. Their first two albums are good, but I feel like moments might be off putting to some.
