Is there a specific reason why you chose to name a title track on the new record "Arrivals and departures"? what was the story behind the the album title getting new life basically?
We felt that the words "Arrivals" & "Departures" fit the themes of the songs, as one is about the start of a relationship and the other about the end. We also felt it was cool to reference our previous album title as a way to tie in the concept that the tracks on Side A line up with the tracks on Side B.
Really like the idea of having a concept album with parallel tracks. What is everyone's personal favorite song from the record? By the way, really love the album!
I really like "In Silent Seas We Drown" personally.
It's really heavy and fun to play, yet I think the bridge is super catchy and I got it stuck in my head a lot when we first finished the record.
The show you guys played in Minnesota was so kickass! I went with my best friend for a pre-birthday celebration and he purchased the new album on vinyl for me. Seriously the best show of my life.
I'm wondering about what exactly comes in the vinyl boxset. I know you guys have said there's one record that tells a story, with "This is How" one side and "The Wind Shifts" on the other, but all the other details are so vague! Can you give any more specific information?

6 of them will have the corresponding song from each side and the others will have "This Is How" and "The Wind Shifts" and a blank...we will let you figure out what to do with those. Anyone have a DJ turntable setup?!

How Is Hopeless different from Other Labels? and will there Be any tours lined up with hopless bands? The Wonder years...Or THE STORY SO FAR (NOT a hopeless band but still would be sick)
We love The Wonder Years and have been trying to tour with them for a while!
I actually saw The Story So Far play with TWY in Toronto and was blown away! We'd love to tour with them too!
I really liked the newest record by The Jealous Sound. I'm pretty sure they are rereleasing it through Rise Records and doing a tour with Balance & Composure. Definitely worth checking out!
RECORD STORES!
I grew up going to a handful of record stores to buy all of my music and was turned on to some of my favourite bands on suggestions from the clerks working the store. I hope that is something that will never die
