I was kind of bummed I pre-ordered all the colors for the pianos release only to find out their not even that limited so I didn't have to rush into it but definitely not doing that again unless they somehow release some numbers. I hate aqua blue lol

I think it makes sense for them to only do splits and full-lengths. A Touche EP would be like 7 minutes long. A split lets them do a quick preview in 4 minutes, and the full lengths let them create an entire feeling for 20.

I don't see the problem with TA releasing new songs on 7"s as they write them. Rather than wait a year for a new album or EP, they release a few singles to get in the fans' hands much quicker. Don't see anything wrong with that.

That said, I'm really stoked for this. I wonder what each band will contribute. Honestly would like to see each band cover each other's song.

What makes you think they rush all their music when they make it? Maybe the bands that don't consistently put out music are just lazy fucks that rush making an album because it's been a few years and they feel obligated to. You can tell Touche Amore love making music and I think it's awesome to be able to get regular updates from them

there's a reason why they haven't played the songs off this live :X
