I know Thursday does things like this a lot, like how "Autobiography of a Nation" is based off of Michael Palmer's Sun, and "Time's Arrow" is based off Time's Arrow the book, and "Circuits of Fever" is about some other book; Thrice's Vheissu is based off the book V; Gatsbys American Dream's whole Ribbons and Sugar album is based on Animal Farm by George Orwell, "Fable" is about the book Lord of the Flies, et cetera.
Not sure if you heard of this small band called The Wonder Years. They have this crazy album called Suburbia I've Given You All and Now I'm Nothing, and they base a lot of it off of one of Allen Ginsberg's poems. Pretty neat, eh?!?
Are you intentionally being jackass or are you legitimately that excited about that?
The poem is called America.
