I actually met a really cool dude because he posted a Craigslist ad looking to start a band that sounded like Sunny Day Real Estate. We jammed once, and the band didn't work out, but I still talk to him occasionally. |
I met a dude like that too, once we got to know each other better it was cool but he was from the south and kept making excuses about when he was getting his equipment from home while I was trying to find other people. After awhile I just gave up because we started taking less and less and he never got his equipment even when I almost had a full band. He apparently did find himself a new band though with guys who look like falling in reverse rejects so all the best to him with that hahaha
