Only really like that first single they released. Tried to listen through the album but just wasn't enjoying it much past that.

Yeah, it is sloppy. They had seven guys on stage all night, but then had an eighth join for a song or two.. hence the "and more" comment. It could have been more properly worded.

Depending on your definition of screamo, sort of/not really. Long Island. And they've opened for Brand New. So there was a networked connection established previously.

Think critically here. What sort of following would you expect a band to have in order to open for another band playing their first show?

Same peeps that did the ShoneDoc were at the show last night. I'm assuming that either 2 out of 3 or the final installment will be the concert footage.
