My bandmate and I made a music video together and I'm not really sure how to get it out there other than yelling over facebook. I know there's a lot of ways to link free music downloads, but how would one show around a video? Anyone know of any good sites, or blogs, or anything to help us get it out there?

It's really the same with getting anything out there. Just send it out to blogs that you think will enjoy it and find it relevant to their readers. If they like it, they'll post it. If they don't, they won't. Whatever you do just don't spam people's walls or shoutboxes because people hate that and probably won't be interested. If you don't know any blogs you'll probably have to find some, in this day and age it should not be difficult.
