Update your calendars: the release of Fall Out Boy's Save Rock and Roll has been bumped up to April 16th.
So when we got this all rolling we didn’t expect it to be so crazy. But we weren’t kidding when we said we had the album done- so why wait? It means the world to us the way you have welcomed us back. “Save Rock and Roll” now out early, April 15/16 worldwide.
This is how a fucking return should be made! I am so excited!
I really enjoyed the symbolism of burning the old records and essentially burning the "past" and starting anew on the same day that the band released their catalyst album 10 years ago, but this is amazing! I'm glad we'll get to hear the record even sooner. Hopefully we'll get a new song by the end of the month or at least early March.
