I disagree. Bands like Pearl Jam are still holding on quite well, and they never had the same allure as Kurt. And there's not many bands in history as polarizing as Nirvana.

I was making the connection between a post made on the anniversary of his birthday and the fact that he took his life today a number of years ago. That can be seen as "celebrating" Kurt Cobain's decision to commit suicide. Hopefully you can see that.

so can we not mention anything related to the fact Kurt is dead, because of how he died?
