they ruled with balance a few night ago. I remember this song being pretty sweet, sounds great recorded.

Except not, since this band is just as new as them and never had as slow or as simplified of a grunge sound with clean vocals throughout the track.


Regardless I said it was good, don't get your panties in a bunch.

I like this whole 90s grunge/shoegaze sound that's making a comeback but I can see it being overplayed very quickly by "pop punk" bands looking to mature.

Thing is, Daylight also did this last year. They released an Ep right at the start of 2012.

The guys from Daylight and Basement were actually really good friends, and toured with them. They both developed their sounds together.

I know they released an EP, I thoroughly enjoy that EP. That EP sounds nothing like this song.

I miss old Daylight, everyband seems to be hitting the "emo" vibe too hard. This song really reminded me of the Floral Green album by Title Fight. NOT A HATER, still love daylight, just miss the hard vocals.
