i lucked out. as soon as he started delaying the pressings and was still providing updates, i emailed him and requested a refund and received it with no questions asked.

edit....i see from another post that paypal has a statute of limitations on disputes. was unaware of that. sorry for your money loss!

I could, but according to some of the other replies apparently they have a time limit on when you can file a dispute.

yeah, I never delete emails unless they're spam or something.

This is just under double the price a single LP and three 7"s should cost.

I pre-ordered July, 2011 and got my refund in October, 2012...

If I remember correctly, I let them know that it was a fairly well-known case in which everyone was ripped off.

lets see. A gate fold double lp usually runs 21-25, plus 6-7 for 7"s. that's 46.... So it's really not that far off in price.

Seriously it's a classic. I will gladly shell out 50 bucks to finally have it, and I'm really excited it's done right this time.

I'm curious to see how the package/gate fold looks.
