for fucking real. i remember they leaked it on rolling stone like a week before it came out, and i was the only one in the whole thread that liked it and actually got into an argument with Tate over it.
boy, was I right. album to this day is still just as great. never got old for a second. |
it's interesting that you mention rolling stone, because i have a very distinct memory of reading their 2-star review of it and having it influence how i felt about. took a few years for me to get back into it, and now it's one of my favorite records ever.
