As always with Morrissey, it's a great read and I love that he's not polite and always speaks his mind, but he's a moany bastard.

I think Morrissey's issue with modern music is because he doesn't care to discover music. He didn't become a star upon turning 16, so maybe he should look for other artists who earn their stripes as well. There are plenty of them.

I would assume he finds her talented without adding anything "real" -- seems his take is along those lines.
