We have another great exclusive on the site today, as we're streaming a brand new song from Philadelphia punk band, Restorations. The song is "Quit," and it's a chunky, slow-burn type of song that shows off Jon Loudon's deep vocals. It's off the band's upcoming Side One Dummy debut, LP2. You can stream the song over at the band's AP.net profile or in the replies. I have a feeling that if you really dug the vibes of The Menzingers in 2012, then you'll really enjoy this band and album. If you like the song, make sure to pre-order the album here.
Ah, gotcha... I still don't know how I missed that band being the band of the year on this site... I guess I just stayed on the forums for the most part last year in Korea. This year I've been trying to get into all new bands, everything started getting stale for me in my library.
Unless the new album is really different from the first, I don't see where you are getting the Menzingers vibe. Japandroids yes, Menzingers I mean they are both from the philly area and have good lyrics but musically they aren't that alike.

a good handful of songs on the new album remind me of the Menzingers.
