NEWS:

Bridge 9 Records will have their first-ever (unofficial) showcase at SXSW music festival in Austin, TX.

Octaves are embarking on a full U.S. tour which kicks off today.

Swissted has just been released. The posterbook was designed Mike Joyce (TTTYG album art), and includes old show flyers from H2O to Bad Brains, stylized in Swiss art.

Al Morris (Murphy's Law, Unholy Alliance) has created an iPhone app called "Mosh Pit".

We've exclusively premiered a The Mongoloids track titled "All I Am" off their upcoming album Mongo Life. It will be released April 2nd on Six Feet Under Records.

Vales and Ivy League will be performing at SXSW this weekend.

Evergreen Terrace has signed to Rise Records.

That's because it's a new one thats just hardcore which started up only a couple of weeks ago, instead of the metal mix.

Is this strictly the older style of hardcore or will it include the "risecore" style too?

Traditional Hardcore. Some cross over as well.

Yeah, there are very, very few rise bands I listen to.
None of them are risecore. I think there's only 3: Man Overboard, Transit and Bouncing Souls
