I'd just like to point out that this fucking contest has forced me to chose between Brand New and Taking Back Sunday last week, and now Brand New and JEW. This has effectively given me the two most emo moments of my life having to decide which band I prefer to listen to when sad.

I honestly don't even know who DADS is, and I feel like an ass saying that, but it's true.

I refuse to decide between Brand New and Jimmy Eat World.

Love Brand New but Jimmy Eat World deserves to win it all. They have such a memorable career filled with breath taking songs that are upbeat, moody, elegant, and thought provoking.

I don't know how Dads made it so far, or even beat Balance and Composure.
It will be Brand New in the end.
