Album Sales Round-Up: Week of March 20th, 2013 Another week, another album sale round up: takes the top of the charts this week with 95k copies sold, and Bon Jovi comes in at number two with around 85k copies. David Bowie 's Luke Bryan Spring Break drops to number three with another 60 thousand. Overall album sales in this past chart week totaled 5.57 million units, up 2% compared with the sum last week and down 1% compared with the comparable sales week of 2012. Year to date album sales stand at 61.42 million, down 7% compared to the same total at this point last yea. More notable album sales are included below.
