I like Alesana a pretty decent amount, and I've heard good things about The Color Morale and Lions Lions. I'm not sure if it's worth the drive out to Springfield, though. Alesana is at the point right now where they should be doing more support tours, I think.

This poster is pretty awful. I could have done much better and I'm a very amateur graphic design artist.

It's weird to see Alesana go from Irving Plaza (1200 person venue) to the Studio at Webster Hall (150 max). Oh how the mighty have fallen.

You think so? I feel like they used to be able to fill bigger places. The first date on the tour is at my hometown venue and that place fits maybe 300 max. On a different note, I've always hated everything this band has done.

The Emptiness was a huge success, though. Their last album tanked.

They are playing the same venue that they played on The Emptiness Tour in Jax. Last time they sold out and the place was packed. Let's see if they can do it again.

I was at the Irving show just to see In Fear and Faith and stayed for a few Alesana songs. Both bands sounded great and it was extremely weird to see Alesana's lead singer look like a trucker lol.

Yeah the new album is doing alright as far as I can tell. They changed some things up. They've always been a bit of a B-list band behind guys like August Burns Red and The Devil Wears Prada but they fill a niche.
