It's so much better than anything from DBM2. At first it reminded me of Happiness but I was surprised at how complex and different the guitar work is to the usual DGD songs. Aggressive and dreamy and the same time

Listened to the new album all the way though a couple times and I must say that it is good, more of a grower than a shower. It is clear with this album that the vocals take forefront in the mix and some of the instrumentation is less obvious and in your face. This would be my only gripe because I think DGD is best when guitars are forefront and mashing in your brainpie. Comon Will, I know you got it in you, next album i want the guitars up and front causing cranial hemorrhage... please.

Well DBM2 had guitar at the forefront of a majority of tracks, and people bashed it anyways. Even though Mess, and Mingus out-shined everyone to the point that Jonny's parts didn't matter.
