The new Tim Kasher has blown my mind. It comes out in October but whoever preordered the vinyl got it in their email this past Tuesday. Got mine and can't stop listening. His best work with a cool Cursive/Good Life influence on some songs.
It's a perfect flow of precisely executed highly conceptual songs. It is my new favorite for Album of the Year. I like it more than my original two contenders for album of the year (front bottoms and have mercy).
Also listening to the new Naked & Famous. It isn't as strong as the last album but still has a few jams in it.
Justin Timberlake- The 20/20 Experience Part 2
Kevin Devine- Put Your Ghost To Rest and Brother's Blood
Vampire Weekend- Modern Vampires of the City
The Wonder Years- The Greatest Generation
getting excited for Saves The Day with Hostage Calm and Into It. Over It. on thursday.
Don't watch Donnie Darko if you're not emotionally stable. Parks and Rec season premiere was so awesome--highlight of my week probably.
Been on a Friends-watching binge.
Saw Kishi Bashi a few days ago and had my mind blown. One of the most talented musicians I've ever seen.
And still trying to register that I saw Brand New two weeks ago.
