madonna is only good for parodies, she's the biggest sell-out i have ever seen, she really is (and i mean this in the most stringent terms) a music whore. she doesn't 're-invent' herself, she jumps onto all the popular band wagons. once flaunting her breasts about and writing books about sex were out of fashion, she starts wearing old women's clothes and writing children's books (i do hope kids dont get her pitiful scrawls mixed up). i admit she has cultural significance, but so do bell bottoms, and the two share a sense of being out-dated now and never that cool in the first place.
