The album is self titled. The song they're letting you hear is the second track on the album which is titled "Done Writing Love Songs".

I use to work at a record shop and they get promo copies there. The only thing different about the album is there's a hole in the bar code. They always keep me a box of promos to go through. I usually walk out of there with about 15 albums that aren't even out yet.
