I went from pretty much running the Triple Nickel to just bartending. I went from working 80 hours a week to 50. I got bored and decided to reach back to my late 90's zine roots and inspired by WTF with Marc Maron and The Nerdist I started The Mostly Harmless Podcast.

I do long form-ish interviews with bands. I usually try to get to the root of the person and a good chunk of their back story, for the most part. In the 15 short weeks I've been doing the show I have interviewed: ANDREW WK, FRANK TURNER, CHUCK RAGAN, KRIS ROE of THE ATARIS, LAURA STEVENSON AND THE CANS, CHEAP GIRLS, BROADWAY CALLS, BRENDAN KELLY of THE LAWRENCE ARMS and more!
