luuucky. I wish I coulda but we can't take algebra until 8th. And we have it up to algebra III...kinda pointless. I'm still convinced pre-calc is the biggest waste of a year.

or

no.

They're probably the most useful thing in high school. It's where I actually learned things for once and it prepares you for the jump to college better than anything else.

ah! this is another one that bugs me...why take AP stat AND AP calc...just take AP calc...the way most colleges are...if they accept your AP calc scores, you're exempt from any stats course as well. Yes you might get more transfer credits but it's useless in getting classes outta the way.

some schools also don't accept both...they'll only take ur ap calc score into consideration.

I'm taking AP Biology this year which shouldn't be too bad if you just memorize but that would require me actually doing work and thus why I failed my midterm last week.

Every AP class I have seen was just like the regular class. Only difference being perhaps you could not use your notes on the test, or the test was fill in the blank instead of multiple choice, etc...... The same material is covered in the same depth. I suppose it could have changed since I've been out but I havent been out that too terribly long.

bio for example is a freshman class, ap bio is the hardest class in the school and gives hours of homework a night another ex is math classes ap calculus is rediculous and gives homework assignments worth more then two tests in a normal class and if your going to say the problems are the same then that also is retarted...did you go to public school or something? and how are you going to argue that earning college credits in high school isnt a good thing?? id like to hear a response
