Jonathan Diener, writing for The Runout:
At the end of the day, you are paying money for tickets to watch a performance. Meeting them is just an added bonus, which is why you very literally have to pay money to guarantee it happens. With over thousands of people all having a story and things to sign, it will take a very long time to organize it. You shouldn’t feel upset or disappointed if you don’t get to meet someone outside of these meet and greets. Most of all, you shouldn’t ridicule the artist because you didn’t have a chance to meet them. At the end of the day, it’s about them. To be able to tour all over the world artists need to keep healthy regimens and for the most part,...

Josh Farro talks to Billboard about leaving Paramore and no longer playing in a band with Zac anymore. He also premieres "Cliffs"
My brother and I left and I was pretty adamant about not being in a band again. But sure enough, in a few months I was playing music with some friends. My brother later on joined [Novel American] -- if you even want to call it a band; we never even played a show. It was fun, we were writing, but we couldn’t seem to get past a certain point with some of the members. It wasn’t gelling… Eventually it fizzled out.

Kacey Musgraves almost sang on New Found Glory's "Vicious Love."
We were coming up with ideas for the re-release, and we decided that we wanted to look into having a female singer re-record vocals on “Vicious Love” to make it a duet with Jordan, and Ian, our bass player, had really been pushing for us to try and get in contact with Kacey Musgraves, a country singer who is actually a NFG fan. I guess Hayley knows her or was going to be our way to get in contact with her, so Chad asked Hayley to help out, and upon hearing of our plans, Hayley asked why we weren’t asking her to sing on it, and that she wanted to do it herself. We hadn’t really thought of that idea, especially if it would...

Hayley Williams from Paramore has penned a blog discussing feminism.
i read a couple comments today about how i can’t be feminist or whether or not i’m a “good” feminist. to speak specifically to one of those comments, i’ll say this: Misery Business is not a set of lyrics that I relate to as a 26 year old woman. i haven’t related to it in a very long time. those words were written when i was 17… admittedly, from a very narrow-minded perspective. it wasn’t really meant to be this big philosophical statement about anything. it was quite literally a page in my diary about a singular moment i experienced as a high schooler.

In a recent interview Chad Gilbert said that a collaboration between New Found Glory and Paramore has a really good chance of happening. The band also talk about Blink-182, 5 Seconds of Summer, and more.
The thing about 5 Seconds of Summer is that basically, they’re a pop band and people wanna give them longevity and in order for them to have longevity, they need credibility. That happens all the time with all types of music. A rapper will come out of nowhere and they want to give him credibility so they’ll say that he’s friends with this [other guy]. [Even in] country, they struggle with artistes having credibility. I think that that always happens and I think that people can be fed...

Trapt took to Facebook after Paramore won a Grammy last night. Gotta say, posting a rant on Facebook sure does seem "anti-establishment" to me.
The fact that Paramore won an award for Best Rock Song and Beck won for Best Rock Album shows you that there's gotta be a conspiracy going around to destroy the essence of what rock music is all about. The establishment doesn't want anything too threatening or in your face to rile you up, they just want you to nod to adult pop punk;) or indie folk electronica and think it's "rock."

Paramore have announced their "Write the Future" tour with Copeland. Dates in the replies.
It feels right to bring the Self-Titled era to a close. We've had a very personal and hugely triumphant journey with this one. What wouldn't feel right is saying goodbye to this time in the band's career and not celebrating it with our fans in some special way. So we've decided to do one last little run with it. Smaller shows, beautiful theaters…and we're not calling it a tour, by the way. Each night will be a little event, or as we said just a few seconds ago, a celebration. As we acknowledge the past few years (and more) of everything we've been through together, we're also looking forward...

Camille Dodero, writing for Billboard, profiles Hayley Williams of Paramore.
Nearly a decade later, women dominate pop, but not rock. Yet Williams, who lives in Los Angeles, still matters -- more than ever. She is a dye-punk heroine who can pass for an electro-house diva, as she did by lending her voice to Zedd's "Stay the Night," which wrapped up 11 weeks at No. 1 on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart in February. She also is a post-emo veteran who maintains her base with adventures like this past spring's four-day Paramore fan-cruise to the Bahamas, Parahoy!, and this summer's co-headlining tour with a reunited Fall Out Boy. And she's an all-ages singer who can introduce Minecraft kids...
