Long Island's State Lines will be releasing its Tiny Engines debut album, For The Boats, on April 30th. It's one of my favorite releases of the young new year so far, so I'm thrilled that we get to premiere "Shady Existence," which is one of the coolest songs off the LP. The song features an awesome hip-hop intro (courtesy of Jovi) before launching into the band's brand of raw punk that's in the vein of Tigers Jaw and early Saves The Day. So check out the song over at the band's AP.net profile or in the replies. The band will be playing at the upcoming Today's Mixtape Festival and Stay Sweet Fest in April, so make sure you check them out there as well.
