Blink-182 will not be performing at their show tonight due to the death of DJ AM. Weezer, Taking Back Sunday, and Chester French will be playing as scheduled along with some surprises.

DJ AM will not be suing the estates of the deceased pilots as previously reported, but the insurance companies that insured them.
From the BlogNormally I don't feel like I NEED to make a statement like this, but after I read some recently reported untruths I feel like I have to. I want to take a second to address the hurtful posts and clear up any misunderstandings any of you may have about my law suit. I would NEVER sue the deceased pilots' estates or personal holdings. I am more than grateful that I survived this horrible accident and I'd never try to take anything from those that didn't. DJ AM has filed a lawsuit against the companies and pilots that were involved in the deadly plane crash that took place last September.

DJ AM says that the plane crash he was in actually saved his life. While in the hospital, doctors found a blood clot in his leg that could have been fatal if it traveled to his heart.

DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) has been released from the hospital after a plane crash that took place last Friday with Travis Barker. According to Jermaine Dupri, Barker is expected to stay hospitalized for about another two weeks.

Edit: A statement has been made via Barker's myspace regarding the incident.

According to CNN, Travis Barker (Blink-182, +44) and Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein (formerly of Crazy Town) are both in critical condition with "extensive burns" following a plane crash in South Carolina. Four others (including two crewmembers and Barker's assistant) were killed. Our thoughts here at AP.net are with everyone involved.
