If you liked the song, you can pre-order the album here - What Was Done Vol. I comes out on October 27th via Bad Christian. Hit the replies to check out "The Coldest Heart".

Wounds are releasing their debut album, Die Young, on November 24th via Razor & Tie Records. During the recording of the album, one of it's members fell from a 4-story balcony in Dublin. Doctors told him he would never pick up a guitar again, but he recovered and completed the album many months later with the band. The result is an equally dark and heavy album in vein of Bring Me The Horizon. We are premiering a sampler of four new songs from it - give them a listen in the replies. If you like what you hear, you can pre-order the album tomorrow and get these four songs instantly.

In reviewing Forever Came Calling's debut LP Contender in 2012, I wrote that the California-based pop-punk act wrote the best straightforward album in the genre that year. With so many pop-punk acts making sure to not bend the rules of the genre, you have to be particularly good to stand out if you go that route, and Forever Came Calling did it well. That description is still applicable in regards to the band's new album, What Matters Most (which you can stream in the replies), but the group has learned on LP2 that they don't have to shy away from their greatest strength: Delivering catchy-as-hell pop hooks. These aren't really hooks for the sake of hooks, either; What Matters Most ebbs...

Today, we are premiering a new song called "Strangers." Check it out if you're looking for some indie-pop music fit for summer beaches. Fans of recent Hellogoodbye with more of a Beach Boys influence should enjoy this one.

You can check out a remix of the Barren Womb song "Will you be God's art or Satan's graffiti" in the replies. The original track appears on the band's latest album, The sun's not yellow, it's chicken, which is available now via Spartan Records.
"After finishing up the recording of "The sun's not yellow, it's chicken", Ole (Spangrud of Neptune Surf Club, MÝrkemakt) floated us the idea of doing a remix of one of the tracks. We of course accepted in a heartbeat and what we got was this awesome Big Beat banger, simply dripping of early 90's nostalgia. Enjoy!"

If the name Topher Mohr sounds familiar to you, it might be because he's spent the last few years working with the great Mayer Hawthorne. Or perhaps you came across his incredible debut Phlotilla. 2014 finds Topher Mohr working on his solo project yet again, which, unsurprisingly, is as good as you'd expect. Today we're premiering the song "Do You" (in the replies), a smooth R&B track with a hook that will probably leave you wanting more. Luckily, Mohr is currently working on a new EP, so keep an eye out for that in the foreseeable future... and enjoy this great track for the time being!

We've got the song streaming for you in the replies. The soundtrack to the film is also now available on iTunes. I'm very excited to share a brand new music video from one of my new favorite bands, Souvenirs. From the small hidden oceanside city of Carpinteria, Souvenirs have been quickly making a name for themselves all over Southern California since their conception in 2011, and they're officially joining the Other People Records family. Drawing influence from bands like Sunny Day Real Estate, Mineral, and Braid these boys have dug up this corpse of a genre and brought it back to life in their own unique way. This is your favorite band you haven't even heard of yet. Head to the replies to check out their video for "A Mile High", off their debut album You, Fear And Me out December 16th via...

Out October 7 via Animal Style Records is Wolves At Bayís latest EP, When Iím Dead, and you can stream the release in its entirety in the replies. The band lists Thursday as an influence, and I think thatís a fair comparison ó they also take cues from the gruff vocal stylings of acts like Hot Water Music and Polar Bear Club, and generally walk the familiar ground of fiery, loud, intense music written by angry, angsty young people. Itís a cool EP, and you can preorder it digitally here and on cassette here.

There was a time when I owned newfoundglory2.com and updated it with news about the band because I didn't think their official site had enough information or media on it. I think that was sometime around 1999. I checked once after I let the domain expire and it was redirecting to some spam site; however, I believe it's now officially dead and gone. While I doubt that I'll be playing necromancer on it anytime soon, I can use this site to premiere a track from New Found Glory's upcoming album Resurrection. If you hit the replies you can stream "Stubborn" and be pulled back in time to when pop-punk and AOL Instant Messenger went hand in hand. Like what you hear? Make sure you've got the...
