There's a video in the replies where Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips describes the new blood-filled vinyl pressing of The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends. Only 10 of these records are being made and they include real-life blood from Ke$ha, Justin Vernon (Bon Iver), a couple members of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes, Jim James (My Morning Jacket) and Chris Martin (Coldplay). Each of the vinyl cost $2,500 and 100 percent of the profits will be donated to the Oklahoma Humane Society and the Academy of Contemporary Music.
