I think it's a logical progression for Converge. It still sounds like Converge, we're still using the same vocabulary that we've used on the last few records and it's still the same writing team, so it's not totally out of left field, but we do push ourselves towards doing something different.

Hevy Festival have made their first line-up announcement. This year's festival will include Converge, Set Your Goals, Pianos Become The Teeth, Balance and Composure and Sharks. Head to the replies to see the full list of bands announced so far. Hevy will run from the 3rd to the 6th of August at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park in Kent, UK.

Converge enter the studio today to record their new album, tentative titled All We Love We Leave Behind. Expect it later this year on Epitaph Records.

According to a recent studio report featured in the February 2012 issue of "Decibel"; Converge are planning to title their forthcoming album All We Love We Leave Behind. They are planning on a early summer release on Epitaph Records.
