As much as I didn't like him, when they got rid of Joe Thornton, they made a huge mistake. They can get good players from time to time, but they never keep them around long enough to create a team that gels. The Maple Leafs are the same way here. Poor management and they are never able to keep talent around.

Although I will admit that watching the Bruins take Montreal to seven games during the playoffs this year made me feel fairly good. I thought they were going to get destroyed.

I've been a Bruins fan for about 8 years, but haven't watched alot since the lockout. I am very used to getting my heart broken by the B's haha. hopefully this year we will make it somewhere!

...no matter how much they always end up breaking my heart. Luckily, living in Toronto now, I deal with a similar class of people who know exactly what it is like to root for such a team.
