Oh man, the stars album is so good, I got into them because of the narrative album which I got into because of the review on here. And ya Im not too worried and I don't even know why I called them him a guilty pleasure haha, Owl City is my number two most played all time on last.fm so I'm definitely not ashamed.

Yeah, I definitely recommend them for sure. I haven't had the opportunity to listen to the new Stars album, but I've heard great things. I've heard of The Narrative, but haven't taken the chance of listening to them. Haha, I hear you about guilty pleasures, but if you like it, then go for it, no matter what anyone tells you. That's my motto anyway.

Sweet, I haven't heard of any of those (except the morning of obviously) so I will definitely look into checking those out. For me besides The Morning of album I ran into my favorites so far this year in the past week: The Narrative - The Narrative, Stars- The Five Ghosts. Oh I guess the Sky Sailing album (acoustic Owl City) counts as my guilty pleasure haha.

Hey man. I'm doing pretty well, how about yourself? Hmmm...tough call, but there are a few that are surely on the top of the list. Probably Shad - TSOL would be my current number one, then The Morning Of's latest, and Jeff Martin and Steven Padin's The First Joke & Other Matters.

I hear you. I hate when bands release a song on like a promotional sampler, or EP, then change it on the full-length. Luckily, I haven't heard the other version of that song, and I'll keep it that way.

I know dude, it's great! My only complaint (if there can be one) is I prefer the demo version of what you can't control that they released during the recording process. It had a chorus by the male vocalist, going "You say you're sorry, but I know, given the chance you'd do it again, so take your promises and go, you can't love, what you can't control" which is always stuck in my head during the album version. Both are great and I kinda view them as diferent songs, but yeah.

Just wanted to let you know that I finally downloaded The Morning Of's new album, and you're right, it's awesome. It's a candidate for AOTY for me.
