If you have an Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at your campus, definitely check them out.

You know, I've been saying I'm going to get back into it this year...I think I'll make that happen :)

You should dive in. Jesus has taught me so much when I've gotten into scripture both privately and in community.

I wouldn't say a lot...but I definitely dabble.

Ummm well idk if Agnostic is the correct term...but Christian isn't either. I believe in God; I believe that he created the world and all that good stuff...and I beleive in Christ. But it's all the in between stuff that gets me. I've done the whole church thing, but I've just never really found myself buying into all the preaching I heard. The Christian interpretation of the Bible and the way typical "Christian" people go about "sharing the message". It's like, the medium by which information is delivered changes the way people recieve it. I'm a fan of the message, just not a fan of the Christian medium. I think the relationships each individual has with God is the aspect that should get the most emphasis. That's why I like For Today, they preach that along with other stuff. They're a good mix..and that's about it :)

I've seen For Today twice. First time was at the Scream the Prayer tour, but Mattie was back home to be with family. Second time Mattie was actually there and it was at a small bar in downtown Toronto with a bunch of teenage kids slam dancing like it was no body else's business.

So ya, anyway, we're best friends now.

It's a picture I found from For Today's set at Cornerstone '09. THE most amazing/inspiring/uplifting experience I have EVER had. They're a Christian metal band and Cornerstone is an annual Christian music festival...just in case you didn't know lol
